There are two types of maintenance requests, Non-Emergency and Emergency. It’s important to understand what qualifies as an emergency. Below you’ll find a list of things that qualify as an emergency.

For all Non-Emergency maintenance requests please submit an on-line work order request below.

The following are considered maintenance Emergencies. If you are experiencing a maintenance emergency, please call our emergency maintenance number 608-257-2127 (Mullins Apartments).

Maintenance Emergencies:

Refrigerator/Freezer not cooling

Only toilet in apartment not flushing/clogged– If water is overflowing, try and turn off water shut off valve. The valve is usually located under toilet and is mounted on wall. Please turn valve to the right.

Water Leak or Flood -Please place a container under all leaks and  stop using sink.

Ceiling Leaks -Place container under leak.

No heat from October-April

No Electricity to the entire apartment or to the Refrigerator/Freezer

Fire or Smoke- CALL 911 and Mullins Apartments at 608-257-2127

Natural Gas Smell- CALL MG&E at 608-252-7222, and Mullins Apts.: 608-257-2127

Trapped in Elevator

Smoke detector or CO2 detector is beeping

Apartment door or lock is not operable or secure

Window is broken/damaged all the way through

Building entry door lock or window damaged in way that door can’t be locked.
