Application Information

To rent an apartment with Mullins Apartments, the application and acceptance process is as follows:

1. Find an apartment that suits your needs using our Search function.

2. Call 608-257-2127 or email us at info@mullinsapartments.com to set up a showing. It is preferred that at least one applicant or representative view the apartment.

3. Fill out and submit the application form below. Applications are also available at your showing and at our main office (if you have a hard copy of the application(s) please return it to our main office). The application is then processed.

5. If the application is approved, a lease agreement will be written. The lease must be returned by the date noted on the lease.

6. When the signed lease is returned, along with the full deposit, the apartment is taken off the market and you’re all set to go!
