To rent an apartment with Mullins Apartments, the application and acceptance process is as follows:
1. Find an apartment that suits your needs using our Search function.
2. Call 608-257-2127 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to set up a showing. At least one applicant or representative must view the apartment.
3. Applications can be downloaded here. Applications are also available at your showing and at our main office.
4. Return the application(s) to our main office. The application is then processed.
5. If the application is approved, a lease agreement will be written. The lease must be returned by the date noted on the lease.
6. When the signed lease is returned, along with the full deposit, the apartment is taken off the market and you’re all set to go!
